The Empire Gold Barber Shear & Thinner Combo #EMP1200/1300 is a professional barber shear set for cutting and texturizing. It pairs the 7-inch #EMP1200 cutting shear with the 6-inch, 40-tooth #EMP1300 thinning shear. Both use J2-440C steel, a semi-offset handle and a gold finish. The cutting shear has a fixed tension screw; the thinner has a fixed tension screw with an adjustment tool. A double-shear zipper case is included.
