These terms apply to your use of 1-800-BarberSupply.com and purchases from our store, including purchases made through supported shopping channels. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Using our store

Use our store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's payment information, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. Keep any customer account credentials secure.

Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, package contents, prices, and availability are shown on each listing. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays a different currency. Taxes and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Product availability and promotions may change.

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or a material listing error is discovered. We will not substitute a different product or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will refund the payment for the canceled items.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and pickup arrangements. Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, fees, damage reporting, and how to request approval. Those policies apply to purchases from our store. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, when available, is governed by the manufacturer's terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
