Shipping policy

Carriers

Orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for each shipment.

Tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will usually ship the same business day. In some cases, an order may ship the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local pickup is available by appointment at:

Pickup must be scheduled in advance. Please do not arrive until you have received confirmation of your pickup date and time.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may delay a shipment after it leaves our facility.

If we become aware of a significant delay before shipment, we will contact you by email.
