The Empire Black Shear & Thinner Combo #EMP1010/1301 is a two-shear professional haircutting set. It pairs the 6-inch #EMP1010 cutting shear with the 6-inch, 40-tooth #EMP1301 thinning shear. Both use J2-440C steel, a semi-offset handle and a durable black finish; the cutting shear has a fixed tension screw, while the thinner has a fixed tension screw with an adjustment tool. A double-shear zipper case is included.
